Free education for caterers "Business of companies in the hospitality industry"

The Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Caterers organize free lecture "Business of companies in the hospitality industry", which will be held on Wednesday, February 23 at 10 am. A lecture for caterers will be held live, in the Zagreb headquarters of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, at the address Rooseveltov trg 2, and it will be possible to follow it online.

Lecture topics include:

• Basics of financial accounting (legal bases, principles, principles ();
• Basic financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement);
• Financial planning (budgeting of revenues and expenditures, evaluation and decision-making on investments, cash flow projections and working capital needs);
• Financial risk assessment;
• Indicators for measuring profitability, activity and indebtedness, liquidity and solvency;
• Defining pricing and other commercial policies;
• Cost control and cutting (techniques, their rules and procedures);
• Monitoring costs by activities and / or products / services;
• Models of salaries, measurements and rewards of work results.

He's a lecturer Nikola Nikšić, certified management consultant (CMC), licensed by ICMCIThe International Council of Management Consulting Institutes) and a certified public accountant. During almost 40 years of service, he spent 25 years working as a manager for strategy management, finance, accounting and controlling, and for seven years he was engaged in consulting work in the field of strategic and financial management, organizational development and restructuring and business education (more than 300 open and in-house workshops and lectures). He is a registered advisor to the EBRD for EBRD-financed projects.
