Zagorje štruklji are made from smooth wheat flour, water, salt, eggs, cheese and cream and oil (or butter or lard) in the traditional way.

Anyone interested can participate in the event and cooking show in Radoboj, u Hiži štruklji from Zagorje (Radoboj 28), on Friday May 10 from 11 a.m. to 15 p.m. The event is organized by the Municipality of Radoboj and the Culinary Institute Kul IN from Sisak.
As part of the cooking show, Kul IN chefs and lecturers will demonstrate how to prepare traditional Zagorje dishes in a modern way, using local and autochthonous ingredients.
The demonstration of food preparation will be accompanied by tasting so that everyone can enjoy the reinterpretation of Zagorje turkey or plum pie.
