An exclusive event was held yesterday at the Idylio by Apreda restaurant in the heart of Rome "4 hands dinner" dinner organized by MICHELIN, the most important and well-known global restaurant guide, and the Croatian Tourist Board (HTZ).
They were in charge of a superb food and wine experience Marija Curic, restaurant chef 360 in Dubrovnik and Francesco Apreda, restaurant chef Idylio by Apreda in Rome, both restaurants that proudly carry the prestigious MICHELIN star which is a guarantor of quality and dishes prepared from top ingredients.
Although this is not the first such event organized in cooperation with MICHELIN, it is extremely important for the positioning and branding of both Croatia and our gastronomy.
"The presentation of Croatian gastronomy in the center of Rome and in one of the most famous Roman restaurants means a lot for the promotion and visibility of Croatia on the Italian market. When we add to that the fact that the partner of this dinner is MICHELIN, then we can conclude that our gastronomy is highly appreciated in professional circles and among top connoisseurs of the culture of food preparation." she stated Viviana Vukelic, director of the HTZ Representative Office in Italy.
Among the many guests who had the opportunity to enjoy the richness of smells and tastes, i.e. in the presentation of diverse Croatian and Italian eno-gastronomy, stand out partners and representatives of the Italian tourism sector, representatives of the media, as well as popular bloggers and influencers specialized in travel and gastronomy, according to HTZ.
