As every year, on September 27th, the World Tourism Day is celebrated all over the world, and this year's slogan under which it is held is RETHINKING TOURISM
The Administrative Department for Tourism of the Istrian County is organizing the celebration of the World Tourism Day in Istria for the seventh year in a row, and this year's edition will be held October 1rd and 2th (Saturday and Sunday), on the territory of the entire Istrian County.
"We hereby invite all legal and natural persons, i.e. providers of tourist and tourism-related services, who operate in the territory of the Istrian County, to get involved, in order to jointly make our tourist offer more accessible and recognizable to all citizens and visitors. Among all the applications received, the will select those who fit into the county's development priorities, especially those applicants who operate in accordance with the principles of smart, sustainable and responsible development, and who contribute to raising the quality and extension of the tourist season, creating experiences, and the inclusive and balanced development of tourism in Istria." point out from the Administrative Department for Tourism of the County of Istria.
Applications can consist of providing free services or with a discount of up to 50%, and are made exclusively online, by filling out the form that is available HERE.
The deadline for online application is Friday, September 16, 2022.
