HTZ launched a fragrance campaign in ZL Split: Croatia – Immerse your senses

Croatian tourist agency in collaboration with the agency Go2Digital u Split Airport implements new, interesting and innovative fragrance campaign. 

Namely, numerous passengers in Split Airport leaving the plane and entering the airport area they can feel the specific smells of the Mediterranean - sea, pine, fresh citrus, lemon, orange, lavender, white cedar, etc.

Namely, according to research in the field of marketing and promotion even 75 place emotion is caused by smell, which is one of the most important sensations in shaping reality, mood and concentration. Guided by this, the smell and animation on the panel are followed by the title "Croatia - Immerse your senses".

"In the Croatian tourist community, we follow modern trends in the promotion of tourism, which is confirmed by this interesting campaign that attracts the attention of many passers-by, that is, our guests at the most frequented locations, and in the middle of the peak season, that is certainly the airport. We want to be innovative and immediately provide our guests with the feeling of summer, rest and comfort, and at the same time interest them and inform them about other Croatian destinations and parts of our overall tourist offer., said the director of the Croatian National Tourist Board Kristjan Staničić, adding that this activity will be carried out until the end of July.

Also, the campaign includes several additional locations in the city of Split, where digital panels have been installed on which the shots of other Croatian destinations are changed. Activities are also carried out as part of Dubrovnik airports where the so-called digital towers that display video materials that promote the overall offer of Croatia as a tourist destination and the most beautiful and attractive landscapes of our country.

In addition to the above, a sticker with NFC and QR codes which, after scanning with a mobile phone, enable a free connection to the Internet "Free WIFI - powered by HTZ" and a visit to the website of Croatian tourism Croatia.hr.
