On the initiative of the Tourist Board of Kvarner, the Kvarner region received its own edition of one of the most relevant gastronomic guides in the world - Gault & Millau. For the first time in history, a bilingual (Croatian/English) edition of the guide, launched in 1965 in France, was published for this region.
