Falkensteiner opened exclusive villas "Luxury Villas Punta Skala"

"Our main inspiration was to make the most of the stunning natural environment in which the villas are located. We wanted to pay tribute to the unique Dalmatian topology and the Adriatic Sea", are the words of architect Stephan Vary from Labvert Architecture & Design from Vienna, who signs the architectural solution Luxury Villas Punta Skala, while the Bea Interiors Design team is responsible for the interior decoration. 

Impressive, elegant buildings, perfectly integrated into the environment - each of the five newly built villas in the unique Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala not far from Zadar with a view of the enchanting Zadar archipelago can accommodate up to 7 people, covers an area of ​​200 m2, has a private Mediterranean garden and a heated pool of 40 m2.

The modern design is inspired by the Mediterranean, and unobtrusive color harmonies and high-quality materials are used. In accordance with the Mediterranean nature, the villas form an organic structure between the interior and exterior space. As a special highlight, pergolas offer not only pleasant shade but also a wonderful view of the sea.

"When designing, we tried to create a pleasant and protected interior with smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The central element of the design is the two-story columns placed in front of the villas that hold up the balcony and the prominent pergola roof to provide the necessary shade. These columns provide a single rhythm that also connects the five villas into a harmonious whole similar to the arcade structure", adds Stephan.

Each villa is surrounded by natural stone walls. The facade facing the street is designed to give a sense of privacy and security, with only a few small windows, while the garden facade has large floor-to-ceiling glass openings and an unobstructed view of the Zadar archipelago.

"It was important for us to create a harmonious, peaceful atmosphere as an ideal environment in which you will really enjoy your vacation. We wanted the fairies to fit into their natural habitat because connecting with nature is so important to relax the soul. We wanted to pay tribute to that. The view of the sea therefore occupies a central place", says the architect.

The villas offer maximum privacy on the one hand and all the amenities offered by the Punta Skala resort on the other.
