Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate bought 4.151.092 shares in the amount of HRK 100,00 per share or 69,7 percent stake in Sunce Hotels, which created an obligation to publish a takeover bid, it was announced today on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate is a company operating within Eagle Hills Croatia Properties-Sole Proprietorship, headquartered in Abu Dhabi (UAE), and is part of the Eagle Hills Group, whose main activity is real estate investment and real estate development with a focus on markets in development across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and designs and develops mixed-use facilities, including catering, residential, commercial and healthcare.

Interestingly, the same company was supposed to build "Zagreb's Manhattan" in the area of the Zagreb Fair, and the investor of the project is Belgrade on Water.
