The representative office of the Croatian Tourist Board for North America is organizing a business workshop for Croatian and American partners in New York during the New York Travel Adventure Show on January 28 and 29, 2023, and invites interested Croatian business entities to apply online at links and at the latest until Friday, December 30, 2022 or until the place is filled.
Participation is possible up to 25 business entities from Croatia. All exhibitors who have leased a stand or counter within the Croatian Pavilion have priority when registering for the business workshop, but with mandatory processing of electronic registration no later than December 23, 2022. HTZ will provide all participants with a ticket to the fair during both days of the fair.
A maximum of two participants from the same business entity can register for a single workshop. Application sent by email or phone to the representative office is not valid. Any questions related to the administration of applications can be sent to workshop@htz.hr, and questions related to the organization of the workshop at info.us@croatia.hr.
WORKSHOP PROGRAM:
Saturday, January 28, 2023
09:00 – 09:30 participant registration, buffet breakfast and networking
09:30 – 09:45 greetings from the director of HTZ and a short presentation by the director of the representative office
09:45 – 11:30 business workshop with "speed dating" schedule
Participation is expected at least 80 US travel agencies and travel advisors, and the list of final registered participants will be delivered to registered Croatian participants by January 20, 2023. Due to the large number of American partners expected at the workshop and the impossibility of Croatian participants getting to know everyone within the time allotted for the duration of the workshop, the Croatian Tourist Board will inform all participants during on both days of the fair, make available the space for meetings within the Croatian Pavilion, free of charge.
The minimum number of workshop participants is 15 business entities registered by the deadline of December 30, and HTZ does not charge a registration fee for participation in the business workshop. You can find out more information about the mentioned business workshop at links.
