The only festival in Europe dedicated to hotel operations, Hotel Operations Weekend / HOW / Festival this year from 16 to 18 October bring together numerous international and regional experts from the hotel and related industries, and the first confirmed names coming to the festival are Mireille Jakobsen, Robert Kimpton i Luc Gesvert

The goal of this festival, which has positioned itself as the largest hotel conference in the region in the last two years, is to present international trends in hotel operations and examples of good practice, facilitate the implementation of new products, but also connect all visitors and industry experts. 

Among the numerous panels this year, "Going green: How we can participate in saving the planet while at the same time adding value to our guests”, Where the director of sustainable business of BC Hospitality Group and a tireless advocate of sustainable solutions will Mireille Jakobsen with many years of experience in implementing CRS strategies in the hotel and MICE industry along with Robeta Kimpton, a member of the global hotel team at Schneider Electric, responsible for global hotel innovation, marketing and hotel strategies in an organization whose great passion is sustainability and energy management in the hospitality industry to discover all the challenges they have faced in their business.

 Besides them, Luc Gesvert, Vice President of Sales, Distribution, Revenue, Loyalty and Marketing Accor Group for Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS Countries will hold a presentation on "Guest experience, loyalty, personalization" where he will share his rich experience in the field of hospitality, but also indicate what challenges he faces in his work.
