15.00 Apartments(vacation): yesterday, today, tomorrow

If we go back to the not-so-distant past, renting rooms and apartments from hosts was the main image of Croatian tourism. Over time, the rental of rooms and apartments became an increasingly profitable business for all those who engaged in it, which encouraged investors to invest more and more in their construction. It is precisely this saturation that has led to the collapse of certain destinations, which are trying to curb new construction with various measures. How to put an end to apartment building, and how to increase the quality of existing accommodation capacities?
