As we know, the application of safety and health protocols, as well as the vaccination of tourism workers, will certainly be an important element of Croatia's perception as a safe destination.
To this end, a national safety label was presented - Safe stay in Croatia, which has been taken over by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports to date 10.000 users in the tourism sector.
"Thank you all for your support and responsibility. Together, we continue to position ourselves as a safe, responsible and desirable destination, and the first checks on compliance with the protocol will begin soon.", Point out the Ministry of Tourism and Sports.
As far as control is concerned, there are three levels of control over whether the rules set by the protocol are followed.
The first control is by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, which will work ad hoch controls, the second is the control of professional associations, and the third will be according to possible guest reports via the website, if something is not according to the set standards.

It is imperative that everyone in tourism take the Safe stay in Croatia label and clearly display it on their facilities. Also, in order to present Croatia as a safe destination, it is important that the tags, like all other accompanying video and photo materials, communicate through their social channels and generally in communication with the market and guests.
