"When tourism becomes a cycle" - free education of the TZ of the city of Poreč

The tourist board of Poreč organizes free education "WHEN TOURISM BECOME A CYCLE" which will take place on Friday, March 10, 2023 with the beginning at 18.00:XNUMX p.m. u To the Association of Craftsmen at Partizanska 5a, Poreč.

The education will cover the topics cycling tourism and its definitions, legal regulations, i.e. theories and applications in practice, types of cyclists - cycle tourists depending on whether they are professionals, recreationalists, families, beginners or groups, and disciplines in cycling.

Cycling routes in Poreština will also be discussed, i.e. newly marked routes, maps and signage will be explained, and the education will touch on the problems brought by cycling tourism, as well as tips for safe driving. The expected duration of the workshop is one hour. 

This training is intended for private renters, travel agencies and all tourism workers who are interested in learning more about cycle tourism and the cycling offer of Poreština.

The lecturer at the training will be Bojan Horvat, bike guide and recreational cyclist

Education is free for all participants.

The goal of the education is to provide important information to tourism workers who are involved in cycle tourism, even though they are not cyclists, to familiarize tourism workers with the way of thinking of cycle tourists - cyclists, and to improve the cycle tourism service through the education of key stakeholders.
