Central Dalmatia continues with the Education Program for private renters

The Split-Dalmatia County Tourist Board (TZ SDŽ) will continue with the Education Program for private renters in 2024. The first education will be held this Friday, February 16.2, at 17 pm in Split (Hotel Park). Lecturers Barbara Marković, Tomislav Zović and Ana Brničević will give lectures to renters from four modules: 

• Branding and theming of accommodation units (presentation of the TZ SDŽ project) 
• Advanced host - formation of economic sustainability of accommodation units 
• AI (artificial intelligence) in family accommodation. How to facilitate business? 
• The business of the owner of family accommodation. Rights and obligations, news in business, guest safety, issuing invoices and new regulations.

TZ SDŽ implements the program in direct cooperation with local tourist associations, in this case the Tourist Association of the City of Split, and the training is free for all household service providers in the mentioned area. After the training, participants will receive printed material and a certificate that qualifies each host as an "ADVANCED HOST".
