In Ivanić-Grad, in the congress premises of SB Naftalan, the first coordination of this year was held Cluster Central Croatia which brings together the tourist boards of seven continental counties with the aim of better tourist promotion of the central part of our beautiful country as well as a joint appearance on the market through branding and promotion of all tourist products in this part of Croatia.

The plan of activities of the Central Croatia Cluster for the current year was adopted, among which the possibilities of virtual presentation on foreign markets were presented - Virtual Croatian Get2Gether 2021. The plan of activities for 2021 is the creation of a joint web platform, as well as the preparation of campaigns on all media, with emphasis on social networks and digital formats and joint market presence through branding and promotion of all tourist products in Central Croatia.

"Authenticity, but above all security and nature, are key trends in tourism. Through the emphasis on the above facilities and, above all, our joint performance and promotional activities, all our counties gain additional visibility and promotion of tourist facilities, which are not lacking in central Croatia. Surely we will get to the finish line together much faster, “ she pointed out Ivana Alilović Director of the Zagreb County Tourist Board, who is the new coordinator of the Central Croatia cluster.

The cluster, which consists of Zagreb, Međimurje, Varaždin, Krapina-Zagorje, Bjelovar-Bilogora, Sisak-Moslavina and Koprivnica-Križevci counties, has plans for promotional activities in foreign markets, and aims to keep tourists who traditionally go to the sea for a few days in central Croatia.

Creating and administering common official social media pages using common tags as well as content from the cluster's web platform with an emphasis on quality tourism products, which abound in all counties included in the cluster, is a priority for this year. Through joint performances and promotional activities, these counties gain additional visibility and promotion of their tourist facilities, which are not lacking in central Croatia. The opportunities are great, the potential is significant and all cluster participants should take advantage of it.
