"Sport, that is, large sports groups, influenced us to do an above-average preseason, which in some terms was up to 30% better than the record-breaking 2019. The German and Austrian markets dominate in the destination, which gives us a wind behind us regarding successfully carried out marketing activities in cooperation with the regional tourist community. The results from the Italian market are encouraging, which is again in play, and it seems that the trend of domestic guests speaks in favor of the fact that we have repositioned ourselves in the domestic market over the course of 2 corona years, which is cumulatively better by up to 32% compared to 2019. " stated the director of TZG Poreč, Nenad Velenik, and added that tthey regularly fill up July and August, and if bookings continue at the same intensity, they are on the threshold of another excellent, perhaps even record-breaking tourist season.
