The public institution "Lastovsko otočje Nature Park" announced Public call for the submission of offers for the granting of concession approval for the organization of transportation for ships in round trips for the purpose of visiting the Nature Park Lastovsko otočje. Concession approval is granted for the purpose of visiting the Park with arrival in the water area within the boundaries of the nature park after 12:00 pm and departure by 12:00 pm the next day.
The number of concession approvals in this call for 2023 is not limited. The monetary compensation is calculated according to the length of each individual vessel. Thus, 39,99 euros will be paid for vessels up to 130 meters, and 40 euros for vessels longer than 185 meters. VAT is not included in both compensations.
The Bidder submits a sealed envelope with the bid directly or by registered mail addressed to the Client's address.
The offer includes:
- Completed bid sheet;
- Additional value in accordance with point 9 of the Invitation;
- Certificate from the Tax Administration on the state of the tax debt in the original or a certified copy;
- Extract from the court register for a legal entity, i.e. approval, tradesman's license to perform activities - for a natural person;
- Signed Draft contract with prescribed conditions for nature protection;
- Statement on the absence of debt from previous concession approvals or contractual obligations.
