With the construction of the last, 27th floor, Split's Dalmatia Tower, with its 135 meters in height, will be the tallest building in Croatia and among the tallest in Europe.

OTP Bank moved into the first smaller tower, which has its Administration and offices on 12 floors, and the new tower will be called "Dalmatia", and will be the tallest in Croatia with 115 meters in height, which will be the ground floor and 27 floors.

But more importantly, a four-star hotel will operate within the second facility Courtyard by Marriott, the first in Croatia. The hotel will be located from the 16th to the 27th floor, will have 190 rooms and suites categorized with four stars, and the opening is planned for the end of 2021.

At the top of the building, in addition to the hotel rooms, there will be a panoramic restaurant with a terrace. The location of the hotel, only a fifteen minute walk to the historic center and twenty minutes drive to Split airport, makes it an ideal choice for accommodating business people for whom the brand is primarily intended.

" If everything goes according to plan, Dalmatia Tower will be open at the end of 2021", Announced the investor, the company Westgate Grou, reports Free Dalmatia.

Thus, more than 100 million members of the Marriotta loyalty program will finally be able to choose Croatia as part of the Marriot offer.
