After almost three decades of continuous growth and development of a wide segment of tourist services, Uniline begins a new business phase by forming umbrella holding company Uniline Group.

Uniline Group will strategically manage the companies Uniline doo. (with a focus on incoming tourism), E-Tours doo (with a focus on air and corporate travel, outgoing), Uniline Mobility doo (focus on rent-a-car and transportation), and Amarin doo (asset management, project development, acquisitions)  

Modern corporate management through the Uniline group marks a new phase for the company, but it also coincides with the current phase of tourism development after the pandemic, the so-called tourism 4.0, which will mark the focus on sustainability, raising the quality of service and significantly more personalization of services through the use of the latest technologies at all levels of the tourist offer. 

With a strategic focus on key tourism trends, the Uniline Group will support the development potential of each Group Company in the best possible way with the aim of providing a complete service in tourism, which will further strengthen the position of the Uniline Group as the leading destination management group in Croatia and Southeast Europe, according to the company.

More than 300.000 clients

The services, services and other private and business arrangements of the Uniline Group are used annually more than 300.000 clients, which makes the company's business potential of almost EUR 60 million, and brings a significant economic multiplier for the environment.

''Our experience of doing business in eastern markets has shown that our clients prefer highly specialized companies for certain tourist services, which are at the same time part of an internationally recognized brand such as the Uniline Group, and with the evident awakening of the eastern markets, the new phase of development of the Uniline Group will give an additional impetus to the development of new business projects and cooperation'',said the director of the Uniline office Shanghai Mary Huang.

The synergistic effect of the formation of Uniline Group will enable better service with lower costs, strengthening of business indicators, which will open additional space for potential acquisitions aimed at further strengthening the position of the Uniline Group. 

Uniline Group today has more than 150 permanent employees, with its main business headquarters in Pula,  through its components, it is present throughout Croatia, and also operates in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia, China, and South Korea, and has representative offices in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, and Brazil.
