On Saturday, July 2, in the organization Sparkling Wine Salon Zagreb i Vukovar-Srijem County Tourist Board, wineries Papak, Cobankovic, Ilok Cellars, Tansy i three presented their sparkling and still wines alongside the already widely known Srijem delicacies of the Dunav Hotel 3. sparkling Srijem breakfast in the vineyard.
This year, too, the thick shade of the hundred-year-old walnut tree of the Papak family was a gathering place for winemakers from Srijem, lovers of divine nectar in a sparkling and calm form, along with local specialties. The morning feast began with a beautifully decorated table organized by the Dunav Hotel, with the most delicious representatives of Srijem: kulen, kulen sek, cheeses, ham, homemade sausages, baked flekki with ham and cheese, bags with walnuts and poppy seeds, salenjak and seasonal fruits. Everyone could find their favorite snack and pair it with the sparkling or still wine that suited them best.
