The second HOW Festival will be held on October 3-5.10.2018, XNUMX at Valamar Isabella Island in Poreč.

HOW Festival is the only conference on hotel operations in Europe, and is being held this year October 3 - 5 at Valamar Isabella Island Resort in Poreč. The aim of the Festival is to present international trends in hotel operations and examples of good practice, facilitate the implementation of new products and services and provide entertainment and networking of participants, while the concept of the Festival is aimed at raising the quality of hotel business and services.

Already in the first year, the HOW Festival gathered over 500 participants, mostly hotel directors, heads of operations and hotel departments, and positioned itself as the second largest hotel conference in Croatia. This year as well, the Festival brings vice presidents of operations of global hotel corporations who will discuss global trends with the participants, and for some of them this will be their first visit to Croatia.

The topics of the program, chosen by hoteliers through a survey, are segmented into panel discussions and lectures for all participants, while in the second part of the Festival two workshops are held in parallel and are divided into the following hotel departments: food and beverage, human resources, sales and marketing, procurement, technical department and wellness.

The quality of the Festival is confirmed by the cooperation with Skift - one of the highest quality global tourism media and organizers of the conference, which is held on as many as 3 continents. In addition to excellent panel discussions and workshops, HOW Festival is organizing team building for hoteliers for the first time, and just like last year, a big party awaits all participants.
