The Šibenik Card is intended primarily for visitors and tourists, and its main goal is to increase the attendance of cultural content and sights, and to offer an additional tool for viewing the destination that will enable the consumption of more content at a better price.

For these reasons, Šibenik Card offers discounts on various agency services, specialized excursions and authentic tours, quality restaurants, bars and catering services, souvenir shops and art shops, as well as discounts on hotel accommodation in the city and its surroundings.

The Šibenik Card can be purchased as an individual or family card, and its validity period is seven days from the moment of using the first service.

The goal is to use the card to network all attractions in the city and the surrounding area, thereby attracting guests, but also increasing the number of visits to cultural and natural attractions, he says. Dino Karađole, director of the Tourist Board of the City of Šibenik.

"The novelty is that it is no longer in physical form, but in digital form. Using the bar code on the user's mobile phone, it simply allows entry to the offered attractions and registers visits. With this card, our goal is to network all attractions and offer the guest a better shopping option, thus attracting guests, but also increasing the number of visits to attractions that they might not otherwise visit. Our target group is not only tourists, but also people from the surrounding area, whom we want to attract to Šibenik.

With this goal in mind, we have created a package of attractions. In addition to our two attractions under UNESCO protection, and the fortress that everyone likes to go see, there are other things in the city of Šibenik that should be seen, and tourists don't even know about them, so they can discover and get to know them through this package. The card also offers a lot of benefits and discounts, so we think that guests get a lot for this price.", said Karađole.

The price of an individual card is HRK 165, and a family card is HRK 390.

The Šibenik Card can be purchased at the office of the Tourist Board of the city of Šibenik, the Tourist Information Center in Šibenik, as well as at the Civitas Sacra Interpretation Center. The application offers two services: a menu Discover Šibenik which serves as a guide around Šibenik, and is based on all cultural-historical and natural attractions, and all the specifics that make Šibenik special, but also offers service information necessary for a quality stay.

The second is the menu Sibenik Travel which offers a list of available private accommodation, including the towns of Šibenik, Danilo, Donje Polje, Dubrava, Jadrija, Jadrtovac, Lozovac, Raslina, Zablaće, Zaton, Žaborić as well as some islands of the Šibenik archipelago.
