The promotional action of the City of Dubrovnik and the Dubrovnik Tourist Board "Late Summer in Dubrovnik" - "Dubrovnik, where the heart is", from 15 to 30 September, includes discounts and benefits for visitors to Dubrovnik on numerous tourist services from a number of different categories: sights , museums, galleries, accommodation providers and caterers, were also announced by the Dubrovnik Tourist Board.
In this way, they want to attract primarily tourists from Croatia from Dubrovnik, who are in the first place on the top list of the most numerous tourists in Dubrovnik this year. By the way, in the period from January 1 to September 9, tourists from Croatia were on the first place on the top list of the most numerous tourists in Dubrovnik. Since the beginning of the year, there were 33 tourists from Croatia (864% of last year's tourist traffic in arrivals for the same period), and 83 overnight stays were realized (113% more than in the same period last year).
In addition to Dubrovnik's cultural institutions, such as the museum, the Lokrum Reserve and the Dubrovnik Walls are also included, and will also offer reduced ticket prices in September.
The great news is that the seventh Good Food Festival is being organized this year as well, a gastronomic event for all lovers of good food, which will be held from 24 to 27 September 2020, in accordance with the prescribed measures due to the epidemiological situation.
This year's program will include the traditional Restaurant Week (September 21-27) with festival menus, special breakfast offer, wine tasting, sweet festival offer, gastro tours, culinary workshops in Desa, festival house in Pile, festival summer gastro cinema program, beer evenings with good street food in Dubrovačka pivovara, concert by Ines Tričković Sextet: Runjić in blue and other interesting events.
Throughout the festival week, from September 21 to 27, there will be a Restaurant Week, a sweet offer, wine tastings, festival breakfasts and a festival house at Pile. The chefs of thirty Dubrovnik restaurants have created festival menus especially for the Good Food Festival at promotional prices of up to 150 kuna, and they will be able to taste them throughout the Festival Week.
The City of Dubrovnik and its institutions will be involved in the action of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and the Croatian Tourist Board, entitled 'A week of worthwhile vacation', from 16 to 25 October 2020.
Offering half the price of all tourist products, from accommodation, transport, sights to catering services and various experiences, this action aims to enable all Croatian citizens to visit and get to know other parts of our country, conclude the Dubrovnik Tourist Board.
